Return Eligibility
Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and undamaged.
This policy excludes custom designed stickers unless they are damaged in transit.

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
Special Cases
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. You may be required to send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect item for verification.
Exceptions to the Policy
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized products that were made specifically for the customer.
- Items that have been used or altered in any way.
